Interhack Completes TraiCom Acquisition, Organizes Consultancy

COLUMBUS, OHIO--April 6, 2001. Interhack Corporation announces the launch of Interhack Services, Inc., its subsidiary consulting firm.

Since October 1999, TraiCom Services, Inc. has worked closely with Interhack to provide clients a single source for solutions that are both focused on the business objectives and technically savvy. Interhack Corporation completed its acquisition of TraiCom Services in April 2001. Reorganized as Interhack Services, the firm is now even better equipped to service the technology needs of its clients.

Taking an approach that has unfortunately become uncommon in technology consulting, Interhack Services forms alliances and partnerships not with other vendors, but with its clients, recommending what is in each client's best interest rather than what will provide the most profitable vendor kickback.
